Handicap Review Board

Our Handicap Review Board was established to help us deal with skill level irregularities. The Board reviews the skill levels of players whose names are submitted for review.  A player should be submitted for review when one believes the player is strongly under ranked or strongly over ranked. The members of the Review Board are our Division Reps and the current list of reps is below.  If you wish to submit a name you are advised to call your division rep and submit the name and the reason why. That member will bring the person's name to the whole board and everyone with knowledge about the player will comment. The comments and advice will help us in determining if a skill level change may be warranted.

The Board's function is purely advisory and has no means to make skill level changes. The APA has sole discretion to determine skill levels. Rest assured that no member of the board has outsize influence with skill levels.
